About Paul Lotfy

I have been in the web development field since 1997. In that time I have acquired many skills in web design including HTML, XHTML, and CSS and I know enough to get around using PHP with MySql.

Drupal is currently my content management system of choice, although I have no problem setting up Wordpress, MovableType, and Joomla sites.

I began using OScommerce when it first came out, and switched to Zencart as my choice for e-commerce work. I also have experience with other ecommerce packages such as Americart.

Other technical skills range from being honest and up front, communicating with clients, discovering client needs and goals for a project, and managing their expectations. I also have several years experience in corporate customer support and professional video production.
